Terms of Service

To use Lnke, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental consent in the EU)

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

• Not be prohibited from using our service under any applicable laws

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

• You must not share your account credentials with others

• You must notify us immediately at hello@lnke.click of any unauthorized access or security breach

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Stripe Connect Integration:

• To receive payments, you must connect a Stripe account through our platform

• You authorize us to facilitate payments on your behalf through Stripe

• You must comply with Stripe's Terms of Service and provide accurate verification information

• Stripe will verify your identity and may request additional documentation

• We are not responsible for Stripe account verification delays or rejections

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time

• Plan changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing adjustments

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

You may not use our service to create, share, or promote:

• Illegal content or activities

• Hate speech, violence, or harassment

• Adult content or sexually explicit material

• Gambling or pyramid schemes

• Spam, phishing, or deceptive practices

• Malware, viruses, or malicious code

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

• Counterfeit goods or fraudulent services

• Content that violates third-party rights

• Misleading or false information

• Activities prohibited by Stripe's terms or payment regulations

Our Content:

• All Lnke branding, logos, designs, and features are owned by Orbix Tech Ltd.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission

Your Content:

• You retain all rights to content you upload to your Lnke page

• You grant us a license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service

• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload

• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' rights

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time

• We may update the service to improve functionality, security, or compliance

• Significant changes to core features will be communicated via email

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service

• You engage in prohibited activities or content

• Your account is used for fraudulent purposes

• You fail to pay subscription fees

• Your Stripe account is terminated or restricted

• We are required to do so by law or court order

• We believe your account poses a security risk

Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be immediately revoked

• Your page will no longer be accessible to visitors

• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time

• Pending payments may be held or returned to senders

• You may request a data export within 30 days of termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Lnke and Orbix Tech Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

• We are not responsible for Stripe payment processing errors or delays

• We are not liable for third-party content, links, or services accessed through Lnke

• You use the service at your own risk

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom

• Before filing a legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

• We will notify you via email for material changes

• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance

• If you do not agree to updated terms, you must stop using the service
