ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
1. No Refund Policy
Lnke operates under a strict NO REFUND policy. Once you purchase a subscription or any paid service, NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances.
⚠️ This policy applies to ALL transactions, including:
- • Monthly and annual subscription fees
- • Plan upgrade fees
- • Platform commission fees (deducted from payments received)
- • Any additional paid services or features
- • One-time payments and charges
Important: This includes platform commission fees that are automatically deducted from payments you receive through Lnke. Once a transaction is processed and commission is deducted, it cannot be refunded or reversed.
2. What This Policy Covers
Subscription Payments:
All monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, regardless of usage or cancellation timing.
Platform Commission Fees:
Commission fees (5% on Free plan, 0% on Pro plan) deducted from payments you receive are final and non-refundable. These fees are charged at the time of each transaction and cannot be reversed.
Stripe Processing Fees:
Stripe's payment processing fees are separate from our platform fees and are governed by Stripe's terms. We have no control over Stripe's fee refund policies.
3. Reasons We Don't Offer Refunds
We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Deciding you no longer want the service or subscription
❌ Technical Issues
Temporary technical difficulties, bugs, or service interruptions
❌ Unused Time
Not using the full subscription period or paid features
❌ Account Issues
Account suspension, termination, or restriction for policy violations
❌ Payment Restrictions
Inability to connect Stripe account or geographic payment limitations
❌ Commission Fees
Platform commission already deducted from received payments
❌ Stripe Issues
Problems with Stripe account verification, holds, or payment processing
❌ Dissatisfaction
General dissatisfaction with features, design, or service quality
4. Try Before You Buy
To help you make an informed decision:
• We offer a Free Plan with core link-in-bio features
• You can fully test the platform before upgrading
• All features and limitations are clearly listed on our pricing page
• Payment receiving is available in UK and US only (check eligibility first)
• Commission structure is transparent: 5% on Free plan, 0% on Pro plan
⚠️ Please review all features, pricing, and geographic restrictions carefully before purchasing
5. Subscription Cancellation
While we don't offer refunds, you have full control over your subscription:
• Cancel anytime: Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Keep access: Continue using paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Stop future charges: Prevent future charges by cancelling before your renewal date
• Commission changes: If you cancel Pro plan, Free plan commission (5%) will apply to new transactions
⚠️ No refund will be provided for the current billing period or any already-deducted commission fees
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Important Warning: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid transaction will result in:
- • Immediate account termination without notice
- • Loss of access to all services and data
- • Permanent ban from creating new accounts
- • Potential legal action to recover chargeback fees
All payments are processed securely through Stripe and are legitimate charges for services provided. If you have billing questions, contact us at billing@lnke.click before initiating a dispute.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In very rare and exceptional cases, we may consider account credits (NOT refunds) for:
• Extended outages: Service unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours
• Billing errors: Proven duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts caused by our system
• Legal requirements: Where refunds are mandated by law in certain jurisdictions
• Fraud: Unauthorized account access resulting in charges (with police report)
⚠️ Important Notes:
- • Even in these cases, refunds are NOT guaranteed
- • Each case will be evaluated individually
- • Account credits may be provided instead of refunds
- • Platform commission fees are never refundable
- • You must contact us within 7 days of the issue
8. Consumer Rights (EU & UK)
For users in the European Union and United Kingdom:
• Digital services consumed immediately may not be eligible for standard withdrawal rights
• By purchasing, you request immediate access and acknowledge this waives certain cancellation rights
• Statutory rights under local consumer protection laws still apply where applicable
